Use Turkish lowercase function!

"iyi" and "İyi" have separate entries even though they are the same word and even though it said that all words had been converted to lowercase in order to eliminate duplicates. Did you use a Turkish lowercase function? -- pne (talk) 17:38, 3 October 2015 (UTC)
