ciliary ganglion (plural ciliary ganglia)
- (neuroanatomy) A small autonomic ganglion on the nasociliary branch of the ophthalmic nerve receiving preganglionic fibers from the oculomotor nerve and sending postganglionic fibers to the ciliary muscle and to the iris sphincter.
- Synonym: lenticular ganglion
