1. (anatomy) The tip of the coronoid process of the mandible.
   • 1924, Texas State Journal of Medicine - Volume 19, page 353:

     It has been demonstrated that practically every patient under a general anaesthetic has traces of blood below the larynx, while in almost 50 per cent of the cases this strain extends to the coronion.
