Etymology

Coined by C. G. Costello in 2014. Latin ipso means "at the very same" (gender as they were assigned), compare ipso facto or ipso substitution.

1. Of an intersex person: identifying with the sex they were medically assigned; having a gender which matches their assigned sex.
