lähettyvillä
Finnish edit
Etymology edit
The adessive plural of *lähettyvä (from lähi- (“close, near”)), which is morphologically a present active participle of a verb *lähettyä (formed as lähi- + -ttyä). However, as such a verb is entirely unattested, it appears more likely that the stem was formed by analogy with words like näkyvillä and ulottuvilla.
