  1. Any of a group of cytotoxic bromotyrosine phenols (e.g. N,N"-(dithiodi-2,1-ethanediyl)bis[3-bromo-4-hydroxy-a-(hydroxyimino)-benzenepropanamide) found in some marine sponges
