     Nobody is singing in the Plains
     that's why my cart sings.
     Its axle sings so good
     that it drives off my loneliness.
     There is no song so beautiful:
     high-pitched as a whistle.
     Albeit it is, sometimes, lonesome
     in the air it becomes a chirrup.
