Borrowed from Ottoman Turkish طرخون (tarhun, tarhon, “Artemisia dracunculus”), from Arabic طَرْخُون (ṭarḵūn, “Artemisia dracunculus”), from Ancient Greek δρακόντιον (drakóntion, “Dracunculus vulgaris”).
