  1. A yellowish-brown pill used in traditional Chinese medicine "to remove summer-damp, regulate the function of the spleen and stomach and promote digestion in the treatment of exposure to summer-damp together with retention of undigested food marked by chills, fever, headache, a stuffiness sensation in the chest, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain".
