흩날리다 • (heunnallida) (infinitive 흩날려 or 흩날리어, sequential 흩날리니)

Technically, 흩날다 (heunnalda) is active "to scatter in the wind" and 흩날리다 (heunnallida) is passive "to be scattered by the wind". In practice, the two are largely synonymous and the latter is more common.
