This question can't simply be turned into an answer. You may think about Вот в чём дело! - lit.: that's what the matter is.
It can also be a subordinate clause, e.g. Я хочу узнать, в чём дело. - I want to find out what the matter/problem is. --Anatoli 23:29, 7 September 2011 (UTC)

- It means "the thing is", "the problem is (that)" (explanatory), need to add ", что" - "дело в том, что ...".
- (A song (lyrics), (to listen, haven't checked the quality and matching to lyrics)) "Всё дело в том, что, к сожаленью, Всё дело в том, что, ... Всё дело в том, что в дилижансе.
