Tatar declension

I have commented out the Tatar declension, need to find an appropriate template for Tatar nouns in Cyrillic that have plurals or create some. See the the Russian wiki for the full declension. Tatar template names here include "latn" but the endings would suit the Cyrillic as well, as they are inserted, not coming from the template itself. --Anatoli 23:55, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
