Actually, if you follow the link, the quoted bit is the footnote for a use (top of page 11), which does not make a very interesting quote, as it is simply "D8". Kiwima (talk) 19:51, 4 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
1. This should be D8 with a capital, as in the material cited. 2. It seems to be a misunderstanding that cropped up once in a court case, an incorrect explanation for an emoticon expressing alarm (D = open mouth, 8 = eyes). Equinox 10:04, 14 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
