- A transgender or transsexual man, i.e., a man who was assigned female at birth.
- (derogatory, offensive, proscribed) A transgender or transsexual woman, i.e., a woman who was assigned male at birth.

- Sense 2 is only used by people who deny that transgender people are the gender they identify as, and is thus considered very offensive.
