  1. Third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive perfect (hence future tense) of הָיָה (hayá).
    • Tanach, Exodus 4:8, with translation of the King James Version:
      וְהָיָה אִם לֹא יַאֲמִינוּ לָךְ []
      v'hayá ím ló yaamínu lách []
      And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, []
