     It is worth to note that one finds some traditional Palestinian foods bequethen by the ancestors which are preferred but most of the Gazaeans do not turn towards because of the scarcity of these plants and their emergence in limited regions, like tongue, purslane, cat’s ear, and sparrowgrass.
