      قَالَ فَإِنَّهَا مُحَرَّمَةٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً يَتِيهُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ
      qāla fa-ʔinnahā muḥarramatun ʕalayhim ʔarbaʕīna sanatan yatīhūna fī l-ʔarḍi
      [God] said "Then indeed, it is forbidden to them for forty years in which they will wander throughout the land.
