Borrowed from Prakrit 𑀢𑁂𑀢𑁆𑀢𑀻𑀲𑀁 (tĕttīsaṃ), from Sanskrit त्रयस्त्रिंशत् (trayastriṃśat). For the preservation of /r/, see ތިރީސް (tirīs).
