Second element *ᚱᚨᛞᚨᛉ (rādaz) is from Proto-Germanic *rēdaz (advice, counsel), same as in ᚠᚱᚨᚹᚨᚱᚨᛞᚨᛉ (frawaradaʀ) and Old High German Kuonirāt.
