Possibly related to Old Korean 岳音 (mountain) analyzed as (semantic marker for mountain) + (used as marker to represent the last consonant (m)) as in one of the Hyangga from Silla period, Hyesongga (彗星歌 / 혜성가) (c. 579-633) recorded in the Samguk Yusa, 1280s.
