Suffix

-хан • (-xan)

1. Forms the diminutive or affectionate form of nouns and adjectives.
2. Forms the moderative, sometimes also contrarily the intensive degree of adjectives.

   ‎аагтай цай (aagtaj caj, “strong tea”) + ‎-хан (-xan) → ‎аагтайхан цай (aagtajxan caj, “somewhat strong tea; quite strong tea”)
