1. (on intransitive verbs) to cause to [verb]

   atuarpoq (“read”) -> atuartippaa (“teach”)

2. (on transitive verbs) to cause to be [verb]ed by something else (which is placed in the allative)
3. to have been [verb]ed

Usage notes

Sometimes truncative. Intransitivized by -si.
