    1. Posture the dominant hand in the โ€œ1โ€ handshape about half an armโ€™s length in front of the shoulder, palm facing forward.
    2. Supinate the hand by twisting it so the palm faces back.
    3. Posture the dominant hand in the โ€œ1โ€ handshape about half an armโ€™s length in front of the shoulder, dominant palm facing back.
