Clydeside

The area along the River Clyde around the Glasgow council area, Scotland, possibly also including places such as Clydebank.

  The Glasgow electrification symbol of yellow and blue "Vs" overlapping on a black background is becoming familiar on Clydeside.

Usage notes edit

This is a fairly loose term describing an undefined area along the river; the main highway along the north side of the river is known as the Clydeside Expressway for some distance west of the city.
