     A young Chinese woman has won praise on mainland social media for the manner in which she has coped with family pressure to marry.
     The outpouring of online plaudits came after the 24-year-old woman from Genhe city in northern China’s Inner Mongolia posted a video online on January 24 of herself chatting with her mother and other older relatives.
     In the video – which has been viewed nearly 2 million times – a female relative of the woman can be heard raising her voice and saying to her.
     “It is best for you to stay here and take the civil service exam in Genhe. Why do you want to leave? You should stay at home. It is quite normal for you to be a civil servant and get married in your hometown.”
