Scoutmaster conference (plural Scoutmaster conferences)

  1. (scouting) A usually informal conference between a youth Scout and his Scoutmaster, held as a requirement for rank advancement to a specific rank, that is intended to help prepare for the Scout's board of review by evaluating the Scout in certain ways.
  2. (scouting) An informal meeting between a youth Scout and a Scoutmaster about some specific occurrence or issue.
