Re diff: @Underfell Flowey: Yes, in many cases but far from all. Words with "г" may be dominating in older borrowings. With foreign poper nouns, it's case by case. "ґ" (with an upturn) is preferred in a dictionary but if you go by real-life quotations, "г" (without) will turn out as more commonly used in many cases, especially for common words. --Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 06:15, 20 May 2022 (UTC)

г (without an upturn) in words like леґінь, ґрунт, ґандж is still proscribed in formal writing, and many educated people prefer to use it informally, too. Usage in borrowed neologisms is not permitted by the current orthography, yet is only a bit less common (сленґ, (транс)ґендер, манґа). Rarely do some use ґ in older internationalisms (like етноґраф) per Skrypnykivka rules. But yes, forms with г should still be included, at least ones written with both г and ґ in older dictionaries like Hrinchenko's (which, ironically, includes the three words I mentioned at the beginning in both forms).
