There is also the theory of derivation from "Old Georgian" ჯუღა (ǯuɣa, “steel”) (hence Russian Сталин (Stalin)), but I can't find this word in any dictionary. So I don't trust this etymology. --Vahag (talk) 21:17, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
