Tone sandhi and lenition in Min Dong edit

@Wyang, could you check if there's tone sandhi and lenition in names like 亞伯拉罕? In this audio Bible, it doesn't seem like there is. — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 05:04, 9 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

I don't know how this should be pronounced personally, nor does my wife... The audio shows clearly enunciated 亞伯拉罕 without tone sandhi and lenition (with an accent), but the absence of tone sandhi and lenition may have the purpose of making the listeners aware of the original pronunciations of the individual characters. In reality it's probably a continuum between clearly enunciated pronunciations, and pronunciations in fast speech, so I think leaving tone sandhi should be okay. One thing I noticed is that there are some mistakes in the speech, for example the second 亞伯拉罕 in Romans, Chapter 4 has /θ-/ for 罕 (realisation of /s/ in the Fuqing dialect).
