Chinese or Japanese?

The heading says "Chinese", but there's kana under it. Is this phrase Chinese, Japanese, or both? Also "pinyin" isn't the romaji for it; it's the name of the Chinese equivalent of romaji. PierreAbbat 03:37, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
