I believe the Vietnamese for this (muscle, tendon) is gân. —Stephen 06:54, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

A package of Vietnamese wheat gluten I have spells it "can," and I've also seen it spelled "cang." So it's confusing with so many different spellings. 24.223.167.112 19:55, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

Most of my dictionaries just say gân (nerve, vein, sinew, tendon) for the character 筋, but one dictionary does show it both as gân and cân. —Stephen 20:40, 22 July 2006 (UTC)
