mong1 or mong4

@Justinrleung: The actual Vietnamese pronunciation, Móng Cái, is closer to mong4-1 gaai1 than to mong4 gaai1, but I know it is not good to infer this way. RcAlex36 (talk) 02:33, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
