@Mlgc1998 Just wanted to let you know that I edited your entry here, transferred it to 落災／落灾. So the word "lō͘-che" doesn't mean "to wither" or "to decline". If you look at the Japanese definition, it's "零落する　落魄する" which means "straitened (reduced) circumstances" "falling into straitened circumstances, downfall, ruin", which doesn't mean the same thing really as the Mandarin terms.
