Surnames like this

@Benwing2 or maybe @JeffDoozan There are a ton of Polish surnames formatted like this. There are two problems. We already link surnames in Categories, we don't need the appendix, second of all, it doesn't categorize it into the "indeclinable". Would we be able to bot convert entries to match the diff here? Some have the appendix linked, some don't. Some are only masculine and some are only feminine, but the bot should be able to detect if the appendix is there, and also the headword and note under declension.
