- Konfix n. (lat. configere ›zusammenfügen‹) ➝ Gebundenes ➝ Grundmorphem, das nur in Kombination mit anderen ➝ Morphemen vorkommt. K[onfixe] kommen vor als ➝ Ableitungsbasis, z.B. {fanat-} infanat., Fanatiker, als ➝ Kompositionsglied, z.B. {bio-, -nom} in Bioladen, Agronom, oder in beiden Verwendungen, z.B. {therm-} in Thermostat, thermisch, Thermalbad. Der Begriff wird meist auf den Bereich der ➝ Lehnwortbildung beschränkt.

The dative singular "dem Konfixe" shouldn't exist. -80.133.101.36 02:14, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
