I doubt the given sense of "louse" (not the currently-missing, SoP sense of a citizen who is active). If by "louse" "parasite" is intended, I cannot find any uses supporting that; if "contemptible person" is intended, the entry in addition to being verified should be clarified. — Beobach 02:27, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
