Shakespeare quote is Du Bartas

It would be good to get the full sentence for this quote. I can't find it anywhere except quoted in a book called "Shakespeare by Hilliard". It appears to be the words of Du Bartas, translated by Joshua Sylvester, and not Shakespeare. The book attributes the quote to: The Magnificence, Second Book of Fourth Day of Second Week.
