@CodeCat: Good thought, but no; piombo is the primary word for lead and biacca is a white paint which happens to derive chemically from it. The semantic sense is closer, and also the /c/ is explained naturally. Isomorphyc (talk) 19:56, 26 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
