RFV sense #1. Seeking true adjectival examples not covered by #2. AH Dictionary also has #1, giving "budget items approved by Congress" as an example, but IMO this is attributive noun, not adjective. Mihia (talk) 20:39, 14 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
