The definition is incorrect. Coconut milk is made by grinding mature coconut meat, then soaking in hot or boiling water to produce a white, milky fluid. The transparent fluid inside a green (juvenile) or brown (mature) coconut is called coconut water. They are two entirely different things. The former is used in Thai cooking; the latter is drunk cold as a refreshing beverage. 71.66.97.228 07:15, 28 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
