Question about the usage note

The usage note for the Swahili phrase states it's not normally used in conversation. This raises two questions. (1) if it's not normally used in conversation, where is it normally used? In writing? In formal speech? (2) if it's not a conversational phrase, why are the sole definitions/translations offered so eminently conversation ('no worries', 'take it easy')? 89.233.249.173 10:46, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
