  1. To be overcome with anger, to start an argument or a fight.

It can be used impersonally "it kicked off on Saturday". I'm not sure if that justifies a separate sense, or just wording this differently. Mglovesfun (talk) 19:49, 13 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
