I’ve changed the inaccurate date on one quotation from 1951, before the term ‘premenstrual syndrome’ was coined and before the author was even born, to the correct date of the publication of the first edition of her book, 1998. I’ve also added the first example of the use, rather than mention, of the term ‘premenstrual syndrome’ that I could find on GoogleBooks; amazingly, this is a full 15 years after the term was coined, in 1968.
