Talk:régler
This pronunciation sounds like "vegler" to my American ears. I looked up the word because I heard it on my answering machine when the system was set to francais, and when I ran it in English I learned it was saying that the time was "not set." Before I did that, I always heard the french version as "novigli" and I had no idea what it meant. Why am I hearing a 'v' sound?
