Someone replaced the page with {{delete|see silvir}}: diff.
Ogier Ghiselin de Busbecq used both v and u for a vocal and a consonant in Latin as vti (= uti) and breuior (= brevior). silvir might better represent the sound, but it's word is attested in the spelling siluir. -Deemirk (talk) 18:42, 1 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
