Title of 1654 citation source

To explain this revision: I got the old title (Plain, Brief, and Pertinent Rules for the Judicious and Artificial Syllabification of all English Words) from s:Brookbank, Joseph (DNB00) (publication № 5), a b.g.c. phrasal search for which yields only four hits, none of them accessible. The NED [1ˢᵗ ed., 1919] entry for “Syllabication” includes the text “1654 Brooksbank (title) Plain, brief, and pertinent Rules for the..Syllabication of all English Words”. A phrasal search for that title (without the ellipsis) yields five hits, three of which are accessible, of which these two match known capitalisation exactly, whilst this one seems to be a copy of the original source.
