Template:R:it:LEI

Pfister, Max, Schweickard, Wolfgang (1979-) “R:it:LEI”, in Lessico etimologico italiano[1], Mainz: Akademie der Wissenschaften und der Literatur.

Usage edit

This template may be used in "References" and "Further reading" sections, and on talk pages, for citing the Lessico Etimologico Italiano (LEI).

Parameters edit

The template takes the following parameters:

  • |2= or |entry= – the name of the LEI entry (exactly as given in the LEI to aid searches on the LEI website, as the template is currently unable to link to a specific page)
  • |2=, |pos=, or |part of speech= – the part of speech of the entry. The template automatically adds a full stop (period) to the end.
  • |subentry= – a term that appears as a subentry under an entry.
  • |subpos= – the part of speech of the subentry.
  • |3=, |page=, or |pages= – the number(s) of the page(s) cited as a reference.
  • |4= or |accessdate= – the date when the LEI webpage was accessed, in one of the following formats: 1 October 2017 or October 1, 2017.
  • |5=, |text=, or |passage= – a passage cited from the source.
  • |nodot= – by default, the template adds a full stop (period) at the end of the citation. To suppress this punctuation, use |nodot=1 or |nodot=yes.
