Generates and displays useful links for understanding who / where an anonymous user might be and their history on Wikimedia sites given their IP address. Currently it is only used in the MediaWiki namespace.

Parameters

|1= (required)

The IP address of the anonymous user to generate links for.

|range=1

Used for an IP range instead of a single address. Changes some of the available links.
