Template:didyoumean

This will output the "Did you mean: foo" message, when another page exists, but the current target page does not.
Input parameters:
- 1 = orig page
- 2 = page to check for existence (and give message if it does)
- span = span tag (used in MediaWiki:Monobook.js to redirect)
Notes
- Currently skips all Talk: namespaces.
