Usage edit
This template behaves the same as Template:es-adj, but is used to mark the superlative forms of adjectives rather than the adjectives themselves. See the es-adj documentation for information on how to use this template. Beyond that, there are some additional parameters:

The template adds the entry to Category:Spanish superlative adjectives. As with other Wiktionary part of speech templates, please do not use subst:.
